| Job Description |
This position is responsible for overseeing total construction effort to insure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. May supervise and coordinate various contractors to insure their contracts are complied with or may supervise and coordinate trades. On smaller projects, may be “first in command.” On medium-size to large projects, reports to Project Manager.
This position requires a 4-year degree in Engineering, 15 years construction experience and 10 years supervision experience or equivalent combinations of training and experience. |
