| Job Description |
Provide overall management direction for major projects ($35,000,000 +). Responsibilities include: plan, organize, and staff key project positions, provide training and development of project personnel, establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policy. Maintain relationship with client, A/E contacts, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate construction activities. Monitor construction through administrative direction of on-site staff to ensure project is built on schedule in accordance with design, and within budget.
Superior communication and interpersonal skills essential. Significant business skills required. Requires four-year engineering degree or equivalent, plus 10 or more year’s experience of construction. |
