Job Description As the Business Development Manager you will partner with business unit market leaders in developing and supporting positioning strategies with potential and existing customers and in pursuit of project opportunities. Have networking and relationship development responsibilities with design professionals and targeted customers. Actively researches project opportunities as part of filtering process through networking, personal relationships, “cold calls”, reading publications, attending community events, and participating in industry organizations. Champions lead identification and generation. Performs “market trends” analysis, and manages the coordination of introductory meetings with prospective customers.

Competencies: Strategic, self-directed, exceptionally organized, responsive, tenacious, problem solver, collaborative, independent, team player. Proficiency in tracking/managing wide range of leads with a focus on follow through and closure. Experience in the hospital industry would be a plus.

Education/Years Experience: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or related area plus 5 - 7 years of experience.
Compensation $60,000-$90,000
